• The link to your original posting (your careers page or applicant-tracking system) and its date
• Location or an honest service area, and travel expectations
• Pay range and whether it’s hourly, per visit or salaried
• Employment type, schedule, shifts and on-call expectations
• Required qualifications, listed separately from preferred ones
• Benefits, with who qualifies for them
• Where candidates apply, and how to request an accommodation
• Posting date and the date the listing expires

How we check employers

Five steps before a listing goes live.

1. We confirm your legal entity and a named contact who is authorized to post.
2. We look at your public website and the exact page where candidates apply.
3. We check the public license or registry that applies to your organization.
4. We review the listing facts, pay, classification and expiry, against the standard above.
5. We record the review. Only then does a listing appear on the board.

While a listing is live

The original posting stays visible, start to finish.

• Every listing links to your original posting, and candidates apply with you, Beta doesn’t collect applications for other organizations.
• Listings expire on the date you set unless you renew them. If your posting or application link stops working, the Apply button comes down until it’s fixed.
