How the list works

The state keeps the list. Beta helps you use it.

Every home here is on the DHCS roster of participating ALW facilities, and every profile shows only what the state publishes. Once a person is on the waitlist, a Beta coordinator helps compare homes, arranges visits and checks that a home can meet the person's needs before a move. Beta does not rank homes.

How to use this list

Make a shortlist. Then let Beta coordinate the next steps.

These homes appear on the DHCS list of participating ALW facilities, checked on 2026-09-02. A listing does not mean a bed is open. Pick the homes that look right, and once the person is on the waitlist and the state releases an opening, Beta's coordinator contacts the homes, arranges visits and handles the paperwork with you. Homes are listed alphabetically, never by preference. You may choose any participating facility.
