Applying asks Beta to act as your Care Coordination Agency and to send your waitlist request to the state (DHCS). The state decides eligibility and releases openings. You do not need every answer before you start.

Four steps

    Open the application form

    It opens in Beta's secure application form. Fill in what you know; anything you are unsure of can be settled on the phone.

    Sign

    You read what you are agreeing to and sign on screen.

    A coordinator calls you

    Within 24 hours we check the request is complete and call you about anything missing.

  4. 4
    Beta sends the waitlist request to the state

    DHCS keeps the list and releases openings. Beta cannot predict the wait.
