Name, setting (RCFE or ARF), licensed capacity, address, city, county, ZIP, phone and the four DHCS flags (enrollment closed, mental health facility, traumatic brain injury facility, newly enrolled). Beta adds the date the DHCS list was checked and the URL of the home's page on this site. DHCS publishes no bed availability, ratings or notes, and Beta adds none.
