The ALW facility roster, ready to use

1,295 homes on the DHCS list of participating ALW facilities in all fifteen ALW counties, with the fields DHCS publishes and nothing added, as a spreadsheet or JSON. For discharge planners, plan care managers, researchers and anyone building a tool for families.

Fields

Name, setting (RCFE or ARF), licensed capacity, address, city, county, ZIP, phone, the four DHCS flags (enrollment closed, mental health facility, traumatic brain injury facility, newly enrolled), the date the DHCS list was checked, and the URL of the home's profile on this site. No availability, no ratings, no notes: the state publishes none and Beta adds none.
