Before you begin

What you will be able to do

  • Given a new ALW resident's file, name each DHCS form and the ISP, who completes it and where its copy belongs, naming no form the sources do not name.
  • Given a move-in, line up the home's own admission paperwork with the ALW enrollment date, with the admission agreement signed by both sides within seven days.
  • Given a change in a resident's condition, stay or rate, send each notice to the person the sources name and record it, without setting the tier or deciding enrollment.
  • Given a month of care, decide which days and services a claim may include, using the Informing Notice date, the signed ISP and the care records.
